Salary: $140,000 to $160,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily management of all outsourced functions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Develop and implement Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) for all outsourced functions, ensuring that supervision is documented and compliant.
  • Evaluate, scrutinize, and provide feedback on Broadridge Standard Operating Procedures and daily outputs, collaborating with Broadridge and internal teams to address concerns and resolve incidents.
  • Identify and take ownership of opportunities to streamline processes and controls, focusing on simplification, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish, execute, maintain, and monitor Service Level Agreements.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, conduct Risk Assessments, and ensure issues are resolved to completion.
  • Participate in regular governance meetings with service providers, ensuring that issues are documented, procedural changes are discussed and agreed upon, and audit outcomes are reviewed and addressed.
  • Maintain a robust control environment through the review and dissemination of policy updates, identification of SOX/RACA, creation of controls, adequacy assessments, testing, Management Information Review and Reporting, and upkeep of governance documentation.
  • Review and validate agent invoices prior to approval and payment processing.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of outsourced and offshored functions, with a focus on any associated risks, issues, and remediation actions.
  • Review and authorize cash wire transfers and journal entries to the firm’s General Ledger.
  • Manage month-end ledger cash adjustments and reconciliation packages in collaboration with Financial Reporting and Regulatory teams.
