About the role: Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Manager position is a key member of the sales team at Vets Hired. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Program Leaders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Program Leaders, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Solicit new clients through prospecting, direct sales calls, and follow-up on new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of resold business.
- Work closely with Product Management to support tour logistics and maintain effective communication with Program Leaders.
- Resell Program Leaders on future tours and inherit new clients closed by Program Consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
