Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing expertise in the pharmaceutical/biotech or medical technology industry and acting as a specialized contact person for freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with sales management to fill our freelancing projects and find perfectly matched experts from your supervised field.
- You will be in close contact with your candidates and accompany the entire recruiting process.
- You will conduct interviews with candidates, always with the goal of finding the "perfect match".
- You will continuously expand your network of freelance experts and actively manage relationships.
- You will follow current trends and market developments in the life sciences industry, continuously deepen your expertise, and network with the experts of tomorrow.
