Job Title: Senior Measurement Advisor

At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Measurement Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Assessment & Qualifications division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to support program improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams and external partners to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Provide expert consultation on measurement policy and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry innovations and anticipate future customer needs
  • Conduct reasonableness reviews of results and attend state board meetings as needed
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a related field from a nationally recognized institution of higher education
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in the field of measurement
