Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at National Life Group. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will provide administrative and project support to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Manage scheduling and logistics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless candidate and hiring team experiences.
  • Candidate Experience: Greet and orient candidates for interviews, providing a positive and proactive experience, and ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Processes: Monitor and execute recruitment processes, including background checks and onboarding, and evaluate and recommend improvements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Support to Recruiters: Provide ongoing support to recruiters as needed, ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role requiring high-volume scheduling.
  • Skills: Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, customer service, and flexibility, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of MS Office Calendar.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Other: Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
