Job Summary

CF Industries is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for achieving results through your team and others across the organization. You will provide direction and set goals to ensure alignment with our vision and key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in established corporate and department-based EHS initiatives.
  • Oversee the inspection and preventative maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and site security systems.
  • Direct and/or recommend necessary changes to facility processes, equipment, procedures, or staffing.
  • Participate in the preparation of Authorization For Expenditures (AFEs) for capital projects.
  • Prepare and administer the annual regional operating budget.
  • Represent CF Industries within the local community and promote Community Relations programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience and business aptitude.
  • Preferred 10 years' minimum progressive experience in a PSM standard covered distribution or processing environment.
  • Competent with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proven supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • PC literate within a Windows environment and proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, primarily throughout the assigned facility locations.
  • Must successfully obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card (TWIC).
