Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager at CF Industries, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve results and drive business growth. You will provide direction, set goals, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make strategic decisions using a holistic and long-term perspective, leveraging business data to drive decisions.

  • Model flexibility and a positive outlook, readily adapting and taking the initiative to learn.
  • Support and participate in established corporate and department-based EHS initiatives, assisting in the proposal and development of new initiatives.
  • Oversee the inspection and preventative maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and site security systems to meet department objectives.
  • Direct and/or recommend necessary changes to facility processes, equipment, procedures, or staffing to meet departmental objectives.
  • Participate in the preparation of Authorization For Expenditures (AFEs) to commit corporate funds for capital projects, leading the process for budget item identification, prioritization, and justification.
  • Prepare and administer annual regional operating budget, actively participating in the department budgeting process.
  • Represent CF Industries within the local community, promoting CF Industries Community Relations programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience and business aptitude.
  • Preferred 10 years' minimum progressive experience in a PSM standard covered distribution or processing environment.
  • Competent with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proven supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • PC literate within a Windows environment, proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, primarily throughout the assigned facility locations.
  • Must successfully obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card (TWIC).
