Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business sales production plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sales processes and tools to support sales operations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales and operational records and reports to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic skills and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
