Job Summary

UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team at the 716 Health Clinic in Williamsville, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient demographic information and ensure required documents are complete
  • Process insurance verifications and patient check-in/check-out
  • Review and update patient forms, including demographic and medical history
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
