Parking Lot Attendant Job Summary

Old Tucson Entertainment LLC is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Manage Parking Flow: Effectively monitor the entrance and exit of vehicles, preventing backups and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our guests.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer general questions, provide directions, and offer assistance to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain Parking Lot Safety and Security: Conduct regular patrols, report any suspicious activities or safety issues, and enforce parking lot policies and regulations.
  • Ensure Parking Lot Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, ensuring no hazards are present and that parking spaces are utilized efficiently.
  • Prepare and Maintain Records: Accurately record daily transactions and incidents, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a parking attendant role or customer service position is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail and Physical Stamina: Demonstrate attention to detail and physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods, working in various weather conditions.
  • Basic Understanding of Vehicle Dynamics and Parking Management Systems: Possess a basic understanding of vehicle dynamics and parking management systems, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
Work Environment:
  • Standing and Walking for Long Periods: Willing to stand and walk for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working in Various Weather Conditions: Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, or other inclement weather conditions.
  • Hours of Operation: May include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our guests.
