Join Our Team as a Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Panda Express Inc. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in operations management preferred
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Food safety certification and local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
