Job Description

At SEOULSPICE, we're dedicated to sharing the essence of Korean culture and hospitality with our customers. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding our high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational standards and systems are upheld to provide the best support to the General Manager and the team.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Culture Ambassador: Embody and share the values of Korean culture with every interaction, from the food we serve to the service we provide.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide team members during your shifts to ensure smooth operations and upholding all food safety standards and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Treat all team members and customers with love and respect, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at all times.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the achievement of the restaurant's goals and objectives.
  • Staff Development: Assist with training and development of staff members.
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in Korean culture and cuisine.
  • 1 year restaurant management experience or 2+ years of US Military service.
  • Current ServSafe certification and all necessary managerial certifications as required by the Department of Health in our operating region.
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential to achieve hours in this role.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to any situation with positivity and confidence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example.
