Human Resources Intern

At Miniso USA, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including creating engaging PowerPoint presentations, organizing and analyzing HR-related documents, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for store-level employees, ensuring a seamless transition into our company culture.
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations for HR initiatives, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize HR-related documents and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide HR-related data in a timely manner, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to complete daily administrative tasks, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a team environment, with a passion for human resources and employee experience.
