As an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with total hip and knee replacement surgeries, as well as seeing patients in clinic. The position involves a Monday through Friday schedule, with approximately 2.5 days of clinic time and 2 days of surgery time, with a half day allotted to administrative duties.
You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- APRN or PA-C licensure in CA, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or Physician Assistant certification through NCCPA or ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in orthopedics
California Residents Only:
The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
