Job Overview

SAGINAW COUNTY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY seeks a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join its team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Network Services, Public Policy, Continuing Education, OBRA/PASARR and Enhanced Health Services.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Business, and at least one year of experience in human service or health care administration. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including information management, program support, and coordination of committee/meeting schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Network Services, Public Policy, Continuing Education, OBRA/PASARR and Enhanced Health Services
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including information management, program support, and coordination of committee/meeting schedules
  • Assist with CCBHC tasks and annual submission
  • Maintain content of assigned bulletin boards, internet/intranet/website sites, and department administrative and electronic folders
  • Coordinate overall management control and dissemination of the Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA) policy and provider manual
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Business
  • At least one year of experience in human service or health care administration
  • Valid Michigan Driver's license with good driving record
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $57,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The SAGINAW COUNTY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
