Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Saginaw, MI. This 10-week contract position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.62/hour (W2 without benefits).
About the Job
The Business Operations Coordinator will provide general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. You should have an understanding of general office procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and handling walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare related details for events and/or meetings.
- Maintain accurate calendars, type and proof documents produced by others.
- Analyze and create data for standard reports, charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Submit requests for technical support and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- High School Education or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with computer applications involving word processing, data entry, and internet search software.
- Strong working knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
