Job Summary

The Administrative Services Assistant will provide support to the Gas Distribution Scheduling team at Tech Providers. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse teams to meet business needs.

About the Role

  • Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting is a key responsibility of this position.
  • MDOT permit processing and submission of Miss Dig tickets are also important tasks.
  • This role involves communicating with customers regarding Gas Distribution work and site checks.
  • The Administrative Services Assistant will process site check requests and coordinate with municipal authorities.
  • Assisting with administrative duties related to project tracking and reporting is also required.
  • Tasks related to truck permitting, coordination with teams, and various administrative processes are part of this role.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.

Compensation

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
