Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting our standards and brand standards.

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.

You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor Team Members
  • Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability
  • Ensure delivery of safe, quality food to customers
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • 50-Hour Work Week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must have reliable transportation
