Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic IT Consultant to join our team at Steinemann Inc. as a vCIO. This is a senior IT consultant who provides strategic guidance, planning, and oversight of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT assessments and audits to evaluate the current state of IT infrastructure, security, operations, and governance.
  • Develop and present strategic IT plans and roadmaps that align with the client's business goals and objectives and address the identified gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on IT best practices, policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Organize and develop benchmarks to show value of service to clients.
  • Prepare and attend monthly, quarterly, or yearly strategic business reviews with clients.
  • Manage and oversee IT projects and budgets, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and minimizing risks and issues.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and value of IT services and solutions and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client's executive team, stakeholders, and vendors, and act as a single point of contact for IT-related matters.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participation in company projects, meetings, and objectives.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or other relevant IT frameworks and methodologies are preferred.

Education / Experience / Certification Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven time management & scheduling abilities.
