Admissions Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in providing expert guidance and support to prospective students, ensuring a seamless admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, offering insights into admissions criteria, academic pathways, and program options.
• Coordinate and implement recruitment initiatives and events, both in-person and online, while managing logistics and outreach efforts.
• Engage in travel to represent the institution at various recruitment events, enhancing visibility and fostering connections with potential students.
• Utilize recruitment software to track engagement metrics and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to enhance program visibility and growth, focusing on diverse and underserved populations.
• Organize informational sessions aimed at promoting advanced educational opportunities in health professions.
• Facilitate community engagement events to strengthen relationships with local institutions and prospective students.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the admissions team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in student recruitment, advising, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in admissions counseling within higher education or health professions.
• Proven event planning and management skills.
• Familiarity with student information systems.
