Drive Automotive Services Owns 50+ Full Service Automotive Repair Facilities

Location: [Various locations up and down the Front Range, many near Centennial]

Drive Automotive Services, a well-established automotive repair chain, is seeking an entry level Automotive Service Advisor to help build our team to new heights

Candidates for this entry level position can be promoted in as soon as several months
How long will it take for you to learn and prove your skills?

We have introduced our Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor position This is a 40/hour per week position.
Once promoted, you would be stepping into the Advisor Level 2 position, which is a 50-55/hour per week position. These Level 2 Advisors will earn approximately 65k - 85k annually, as Assistant Managers. The Level 3 Advisors are training for the GM positons
We are always looking to our Advisor ranks when we are looking for the next GM to run a location

With our current growth rate, we will have 100+ shops within a year or so, come grow with us

ALL OF OUR SERVICE ADVISOR POSITIONS HAVE A BASE PAY, PLUS MONTHLY BONUSES

Responsibilities for AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS

-Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have, by phone or in person.

-Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns,

to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.

-Consult with customer on applicable service specials.

-Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

-Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.

-Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes in a timely manner.

-Remain involved with return of vehicle to customer upon completion,

to ensure all customer concerns can be addressed.

-Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether in phone or in person.

-Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.

-Know the product well enough that to answer characteristic and operational questions, regarding the customer's vehicle.

-Perform opening, closing and operational procedures and bi-weekly timekeeping procedures, in the absence of the store's General Manager.

-Provide timely communication with management regarding applicable needs.

-Record and report any damage to customer/company property immediately.

-Other store duties as assigned.

 

Looking towards the future, as the Automotive General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the entire automotive team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to company standards.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Vendor and Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective access to parts and services.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of automotive operations, including service, repairs, and customer service.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive management software.

  • Valid driver's license.
