MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AN MSP COMPANY
Our client is seeking for a CIO (vCIO) to join our team. This is a senior IT consultant who
provides strategic guidance, planning, and oversight of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes for our
customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct IT assessments and audits to evaluate the current state of IT infrastructure, security,
operations, and governance.
Develop and present strategic IT plans and roadmaps that align with the client's business goals
and objectives and address the identified gaps and opportunities.
Provide guidance and recommendations on IT best practices, policies, standards, and
frameworks.
Organizing and developing benchmarks to show value of service to clients.
Preparing and attending monthly, quarterly, or yearly strategic business reviews with
clients.
Manage and oversee IT projects and budgets, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and
minimizing risks and issues.
Monitor and report on the performance and value of IT services and solutions and identify areas
for improvement and optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client's executive team, stakeholders, and
vendors, and act as a single point of contact for IT-related matters.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
· Participation in company projects, meetings, and objectives.
· Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated Competencies:
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
complex IT concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

uses intuition and experience to complement data; understands workflows and procedures.

· Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or other relevant IT frameworks and methodologies are
preferred.
Education / Experience / Certification Requirements
· College Degree or equivalent is required.
· Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Proven time management & scheduling abilities
