Job Description

JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Training Instructor to join our team in a Manufacturing environment. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to support employee development and growth.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports, tracking employee progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance training programs and materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as SAP.
  • Certification in a related field, such as training and development or instructional design.
