Sales and Marketing Director

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and participate in the development of sales and marketing budgets
- Track and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Represent the company at sales meetings and events
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Strong management, motivational, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
