Sales and Marketing Manager

At AEG, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and participate in the development of marketing campaigns to promote the Alerus Center
  • Represent the Alerus Center as a sales representative, both locally and out-of-town
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in a similar public assembly facility
  • Strong management, motivational, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising/sponsorship program development
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000
