Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in Grand Forks, ND. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and penetration in the market
  • Coach and develop sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
