Join our team at SolvOne, where we are expanding our Remote Customer Support Specialist Dispatch Team. SolvOne is dedicated to providing round-the-clock service for our clients in the petroleum sector. When a gas station encounters a maintenance issue, they reach out to SolvOne, and our Customer Support Specialists coordinate a technician's visit to resolve the problem.

Training and Schedule:
- Comprehensive paid training will be provided.

- Swing Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Morning Shift: Saturday to Wednesday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
What We Are Looking For:
- A reliable internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
- Residents of Oregon or SW Washington are preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service through both phone and digital interactions.
- Ability to absorb new information, policies, and skills, including software and industry knowledge.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and general internet navigation.
- Capability to work at a desk and effectively use a phone and computer throughout the shift.
- Successful completion of a computer skills assessment and training evaluations.
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not mandatory.
