About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Professional to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for bringing Axioma's award-winning analytics solutions and services to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Articulate Axioma and SimCorp's value proposition to clients and solve their challenges through a combination of technology, business, and interpersonal skills
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing sales contracts
  • Collaborate with product management to gather product feedback from customers and relay their needs
  • Utilize SimCorp's CRM software to record and track sales activities
  • Regularly report to management on performance versus sales goals
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a deep understanding of various investment processes
  • Experience with Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Class investing highly desirable
  • Ability to apply quantitative methods for analysis and decision-making purposes
  • Effective listening and communication skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients to solve their business problems
  • Ability to balance long-term business relationships with clients and secure revenues for the Company in the short term
  • MBA, CFA, FRM, or other advanced degree in mathematics or finance highly beneficial
  • Travel: 25%-40%
What We Offer

SimCorp A/S offers a competitive salary range of $156,000-196,000 USD plus a commission and bonus structure. Additionally, employees are eligible for benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department, and individual performance.
