Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm welcome to our office
- Operating the switchboard and managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Office Tasks:
- Performing various administrative tasks, including copying, filing, and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing support with data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed
- Operational Support:

Requirements:
