We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Production Analyst to join our team at Pennymac. As a key member of our pricing and product team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactional issues, demonstrating knowledge of systems, departments, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day transactional issues, demonstrating knowledge of systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with Account Executives, Fulfillment, Secondary Marketing, and Senior Management to process transactions such as Manual Locks, Pricing Exception requests, Lender Credit requests, Pipeline Price Monitoring, Extension Requests, Price Confirmations, and other pricing responsibilities.
  • Conduct research and audits as needed.
  • Support enhancements and development of both new and existing products.
  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day transaction activities of customers and CDL.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of CDL products, pricing policies, and procedures.
  • Support system testing efforts by executing user acceptance test scripts.
  • Identify needs, write, and distribute reports as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word).

Compensation

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors, including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience. Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. Salary: $50,000 - $75,000. Work model: OFFICE.
