We are currently seeking Client Service Representatives to join our team in a pivotal role focused on supporting our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine driver logs to confirm compliance with DOT regulations.
- Access and amend driver logs on the Omnitracs platform.
- Conduct log audits for drivers who have faced service interruptions, DOT incidents, or Qualcomm issues.
- Detect violations in driver logs and provide guidance on proper log completion per DOT standards.
- Identify vehicles with unassigned driving events and allocate them appropriately.
- Address driver inquiries regarding log modifications through digital and telephonic communication.
- Oversee the fleet for missing or inaccurate logs on a weekly basis.
- Stay informed about current and forthcoming DOT logging regulations.
- Facilitate training for new office personnel on DOT regulations and company protocols.
- Support additional departmental functions by managing and updating driver DQ files with necessary DOT compliance documentation.
- Provide telephonic training to drivers on utilizing the Qualcomm system.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Starting at $14.00 per hour
