At GreatAmerica Financial Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires a strong focus on accuracy and relationship-building. As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for facilitating and executing customer financing programs, processing incoming requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Administer prompt, accurate, and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.
  • Manage daily communication flow with customers through various platforms, including credit decisions, agreement creation, and account research.
  • Establish direct working relationships with customers to support current and future business needs.
  • Maintain detailed notes to support transactional communication and manage customer program information.
  • Compute rate calculations based on expert-level knowledge of rate economics and procedures.
  • Communicate complex concepts in simple terms to resolve problems and establish understanding of solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in GreatAmerica systems to complete unique process requests.
  • Identify trends with customers and collaborate with sales teams to implement solutions.
  • Act as an extension of the customer's organization when interacting with the customer's end-user.
  • Provide The GreatAmerica Experience with a high-level understanding of other functions to deliver solutions and complete various tasks to support customers.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent education/experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience or experience in the financial services industry preferred.
