Position Overview:

This role requires a technically skilled engineer with a background in management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service tickets and the schedules of support engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and serve as the primary contact for escalated service requests.
  • Ensure quality assurance for completed service tickets and mentor engineers on their performance and objectives.
  • Manage service delivery KPI reporting and oversee labor billing processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Proficient in WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Strong understanding of support tools and methodologies for IT services.

Important Note: Candidates must possess experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and UDP and be prepared to discuss this experience in detail.
