You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing your own team, as well as handling annual performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multifamily professionals to deliver exceptional living experiences to residents.
  • Maximize NOI while providing a positive resident and associate experience.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop your own team.
  • Handle annual performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Ensure compliance with emergency procedures, local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop associates.
  • Excellent customer service experience and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage a budget and financial reporting.
  • CAM or IREM certifications highly desirable.
