Job Title: Media Manager

At Home Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to oversee all aspects of traditional and digital investments for national and regional advertising. This key influencer will work closely with stakeholders and business leaders across the enterprise to develop and execute omni-channel plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Manage and steward omni-channel investments, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Channel Expertise: Partner with omni-channel partners and stakeholders to develop channel recommendations that support key customer, business, and marketing goals.
  • Omni-Channel Planning: Help direct media agency and/or supervise direct reports on creation and execution of department-level omni-channel plans.
  • Reporting and Learning: Support analysis of reporting on channel performance and audience behaviors, incorporating learnings into current and future planning.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key omni-channel stakeholders and business leaders across the enterprise.
  • Test and Learn: Test and learn new and emerging omni-channel trends/opportunities to drive business growth and create competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in omni-channel planning, media buying, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a field related to marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong leadership abilities, experience supporting/mentoring team members, and proven track record of building cross-functional work relationships.
  • Highly organized with an ability to combine strategic direction with hands-on tactical execution.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and build integrated omni-channel plans.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to gain alignment on recommendations.
