As a Channel Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing relationships with sales channels and partners. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship management, sales acumen, and technical know-how.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales and market share growth
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding direct quota assignments
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to drive sales and market share
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success
  • Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge
  • Work closely with channel marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotional materials, and co-branded initiatives to drive channel growth and engagement
  • Accountable for evaluating account success across deal registration, revenue growth, and other key measurements
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align channel activities with overall sales goals
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies to drive channel sales
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Ensure that channel partners provide high levels of customer service to end-users
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts
  • Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners as needed
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that channel partner feedback is incorporated into new product releases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
  • 3+ years of channel selling experience required
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a geographically distributed group
  • An understanding of the Channel Ecosystem required
  • Ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain issues in a clear, concise, and logical manner
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and technologies
  • Basic understanding of strategies for channel marketing
  • Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve channel partner issues and challenges
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of internal and external constituents
  • Ability to use multiple presentation tools and techniques, adapting/fitting them to audience and topic
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Knowledge of Sales Force.com required

The hiring range for this position is anticipated between $95,000 – 105,000 and will be commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for commission with a total on-target earnings of $190,000 - $210,000.
