About this role:


As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will engage directly with clients to understand their Cyber Risk management needs, determine how Balbix can fulfill those needs, implement the solutions, and assist them in achieving their desired outcomes.

This role is highly consultative and plays a crucial part in influencing adoption, expansion, and advocacy metrics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout their journey: from onboarding to adoption, support, expansion, and renewals
  • Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Proactively collaborate with clients to drive business outcomes, identifying and resolving obstacles to successful adoption
  • Develop and execute success plans tailored to the customer's desired outcomes, driving product adoption and growth
  • Facilitate various customer engagement activities, including quarterly business reviews, onboarding sessions, and renewal management
  • Create and refine Customer Success playbooks for maximum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Drive growth by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities into new use cases and teams
  • Measure, track, and report on various Customer Success metrics, including adoption, expansion, advocacy, customer satisfaction, project progress, and usage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity domain is essential
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders (up to CXO levels)
  • A passion for problem-solving and strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with Big4 consulting firms is a significant advantage
