Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and directing all sales efforts for assigned customers across various US geographies. Your primary focus will be on defending and expanding existing business, as well as developing new and profitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct all sales efforts for assigned customers, including developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Defend and expand existing business by identifying value-added solutions to meet customer needs and increasing menu usage.
  • Develop new and profitable business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Manage customer relationships at all levels, including developing and executing customer strategies that address customer goals, objectives, and culture.
  • Manage customer agreements and contracts to ensure delivery against annual operating plans.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and achievement of annual budgets.
  • Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategies and manage the total opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience successfully managing top 100 chain customers, including global foodservice chains.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Food Science with emphasis in Business or Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to integrate written and verbal skills into the sales process.
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to effectively promote Kerry within the foodservice community.
  • 50% travel to customer and Kerry locations.
Compensation and Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is $89,175 to $134,984 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and location. Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution.
