  • Develop and implement patient access strategies to optimize operational workflows and improve patient satisfaction.

  • Mentor and grow staff, including supervisors, to ensure staff engagement and alignment with organizational strategy and mission.
  • Serve as the key liaison for client services, addressing needs, concerns, and requests in relation to patient access.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and processes related to patient access.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with budget management, regulatory compliance, and managing complex operational workflows.
  • Ability to work with C-Suite executives and present metrics-driven reports.

Work Environment:

  • 100% onsite in Worcester, MA.
  • Office and hospital work environments.
  • Approximately 25% travel may be required.
