Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily activities, including engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations. Greet and engage prospective homebuyers. Observe sales presentations to learn how to effectively implement our sales process. Manage customer data in our CRM system. Participate in sales training sessions to deepen understanding of our product offerings and sales techniques.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred). Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation
This internship offers competitive hourly pay ($15-$18 per hour) and flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. The opportunity for future career growth within the company based on performance is also available.
