We are seeking a motivated Home Sale Coordinator to join our team at Blue Moon Estate Sales of Raleigh, NC. As an Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for staging homes for estate sales, evaluating items for pricing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Stage homes for estate sales by organizing the sales area and evaluating items for pricing.
- Remove, sort, and organize items throughout clients' homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas, etc.
- Place items in a logical manner throughout each home.
- Deliver excellent customer service and negotiate prices during the sale.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in estate sales and customer service. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
