Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Land Coordinator to join our Land Department in supporting the management of due diligence investigations, entitlements, and engineering of new communities across our Ashton Woods and Starlight Divisions.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in land administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of business English and correspondence formats, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the coordination of due diligence investigations, entitlements, and engineering for new communities.
  2. Process and track various documents, plans, and invoices associated with securing approvals of development plans.
  3. Consultant vendor setup and insurance compliance.
  4. Ensure all land entitlement invoices meet internal requirements and budget coding before submitting to Accounts Payable for payment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Located in Atlanta, GA, with opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company.
