Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain business requirements artifacts, including business process documentation and data flow diagrams.
- Partner with vendors and development teams to write detailed stories and test scenarios.
- Document current and future data flows and dependencies.
- Champion defect-free delivery prior to UAT by developing and executing detailed test plans.
- Support users in UAT and provide training to other team members and user communities.
- Ensure effective communication between vendors, users, and development teams.
- Provide post-production support by working closely with the Application Support Team.
- Identify key areas that need automation and look for opportunities to further reduce operational overhead.
