Position Overview:
The Culinary Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests receive exceptional dining experiences through dedicated service and support in dietary operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and organize the resident tray line, cafeteria serving line, and mobile serving line, while assisting in the preparation of early and late meal trays.
2. Provide support for special events and functions as required.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of current Food Safety Codes, infection control measures, and HAACP guidelines.
4. Serve meals promptly and in accordance with established portion control standards.
5. Inspect diet trays to ensure that the correct dietary requirements and textures are met for each resident.
6. Perform dishwashing and cleaning tasks, ensuring that utensils and equipment are ready for the next meal service.
7. Remove food trays from dining areas and transport them to the dishwashing station.
8. Assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties following established protocols.
9. Communicate any concerns or suggestions to the Food and Nutrition Leadership team in a timely manner.
10. Adhere to attendance policies and maintain compliance with all organizational standards.

Must possess the ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English.

None required.
