Help Desk Support Specialist

Vaco is seeking a skilled Tier II Help Desk Analyst to join our innovative service provider in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of our IT Department, you will provide technical support for our staff of 200 employees, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for a wide range of issues, from basic to complex, related to manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment.
- Escalate tickets as necessary, providing detailed documentation and ensuring timely resolution.
- Offer onsite and remote technical support, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems and network, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide end-user support training, empowering our staff to effectively utilize our systems and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
