  • Prioritize support requests and escalate when necessary.
  • Record and track the resolution process and actions taken.
  • Utilize online resources for updates and troubleshooting.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Expertise in Dell and VMware products.
  • Experience in incident response.
  • Background in security.
  • Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
