Strategic HR Leader

The Mosaic Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic People Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise HR and regional operations, establishing short, medium, and long-term goals. Participate in the design and definition of HR metrics, estimate the financial impact of HR strategies on the business, and connect local and global HR initiatives to ensure objectives are aligned.
- Organization Culture: Drive a healthy, high-performing culture by adapting leading practices in alignment with Mosaic's global cultural model. Coach local and regional business leadership teams in techniques and practices for building an effective team and inclusive cultural environment.
- People Development: Provide day-to-day coaching for the operations leadership team, ensure the Mosaic leadership model and performance management tools are effectively implemented, and employees are engaged to meet their growth and development plans. Ensure employees have a mechanism for timely and constructive feedback to understand their roles, jobs, and performance expectations.
- Business Partnering: Contribute to value creation for Mosaic by providing HR guidance and linking HR strategies to business segment strategic plans. Demonstrate value by providing proactive and customer-oriented HR solutions based on the connection with all parts in the HR operating model, on the knowledge of employees and Mosaic objectives.
- HR Services: Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, including total compensation, staffing, training and development, performance, change management, HR administration, and address local and regional needs as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive, professional work experience in HR across a broad range of disciplines, including senior leadership positions in large companies with similar responsibility levels.
- Skills: Strong labor relations knowledge and experience, including negotiating and managing collective agreements. Proven ability to manage and get results in a matrixed environment, business partnering and consultative skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a strong understanding of business operations and functional requirements.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
