The Strategic Business Unit Leader is instrumental in the organization's success, spearheading business execution efforts within the Business Architecture division.


In this role, your primary focus will be on refining financial strategies, boosting employee morale, facilitating clear communication of objectives, and overseeing special projects as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of long-term strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives throughout the company.
  • Develop and implement an employee engagement initiative to strengthen the organizational culture.
  • Safeguard financial stability through cost management and financial analysis.
  • Support various corporate initiatives and programs.
  • Create presentations for executives regarding strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Evaluate risks associated with decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience in global and complex environments with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and related technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Excellent analytical and project management competencies.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a master's degree is preferred.
