Hotel Receptionist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at Hotel Celare, our newest property in Cincinnati. With over 65 full-service hotels across 14 states and four countries, Shaner Hotels is a leader in hospitality ownership and management.

This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming check-in and check-out experiences to guests.
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Generate and distribute daily reports to relevant departments.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions and activities to provide guests with personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Computer proficiency is preferred, with basic knowledge of software applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
