Job Overview

Global Channel Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Lead Systems Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address production challenges by providing prompt diagnostics, actionable recommendations, and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with both upstream and downstream application teams, as well as business operations, to troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing end-user support through automation and proactive monitoring.
  • Analyze and accurately categorize IT issues reported by users.
  • Develop monitoring dashboards and individual tests to ensure timely alerts for production incidents.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, addressing after-hours issues as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems, preferably Mobius.
  • Extensive experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Proficient in Oracle Databases.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, including Batch, Postman, or PowerShell.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex technical challenges.
  • Development and support experience in Java using the Spring Framework.
  • Experience with Microservices and cloud technologies, particularly in containerization.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ITIL applications, especially ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of web server technologies, with a preference for Apache Tomcat.
  • Background in Mainframe systems.
  • Experience with network load balancing solutions, such as F5.
  • Experience in the creation and management of SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Ability to manage complex operational tasks and suggest process and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with various business and IT stakeholders in both production support and development roles.
  • Detail-oriented and a team player.
